Thanks for asking!!  The u/s went better that imagined.  It was blessedly short.  We didn't see anything we didn't want to see (although my husband claims he "might have seen a penis" right around when she was measuring my cervix LOL).  Baby is measuring fine and all the organs look "normal."  I DON'T HAVE PREVIA!  Yay.  Even though I know it probably would have resolved, I just didn't want that worry.  They did 3D at the end for a second and baby is CUTE.  Looks exactly like my other two....features are a little closer to my daughter's, with the head shape of my son's.  I think all ultrasound pictures look like boys though! 

And I felt my first belly-button area kicks today, too!

I just cant seem to get a break! I want to get the boys a train table for xmas and found one on Craigslist in the morning, but it was gone by afternoon. We are moving and I found a great apt that was posted for rent on Monday, but as of today its already been leased. My son didn't want to go to bed until 10pm last night and then decided 2am was a good time to get up to play! We are not doing good with our direct sales company and are losing money when we really need to be saving instead. Ugh. Sorry for the rant!

ultrasound today went great baby moved so much the tech and us just sat and watched for the first 5 mins, it was break dancing in there. He moved so much the whole time that the tech had to chase him CONSTANTLY LOL. Doctor and ultrasound techs all say "picture perfect baby. can't see any issues and is the perfect size for 20 weeks" 

We have our gender confirmed as well :)

He wasn't shy when it came time to show gender either! 

Hubby was happy he got to see the ultrasound this morning i got the earliest possible appointment so he only had to take the morning off work (so his boss would for sure say yes)

DF uploaded the pictures from the ultrasound earlier, so I'll post some, but none of them are as good quality as y'alls, I don't think. Who knows why, though. *shrug* Baby is still adorable, doing well, and hyper as a hyena.

awww to cute <3 i love the long neck xavier's is a short one LOL he looks way to much like his dad when he was a newborn...

just to show you the contrast of how much they look alike:
my hubby at 23 hours old (yea i have his baby pictures lol) 

Its such an uncanny resemblance LOL 

ALSO: 
I cleaned mine up since i know how to run photoshop really well i was actually fiddling with them more to see if i could get the 3d ones a little clearer i might send them to my sister in law and get her to do it since she does it professionaly for a living LOL the 3ds werent bad but there isnt much contrast the 2d's arent bad but some need some work. 

havent done much with the 2d's just changed contrast settings the 3d's i changed the shadows to be a little darker and de-blurred them a bit.

i know they popped it into 3d mode and me and me mother in law both turned and looked at him and went:

"OMG it already looks like you!!! O_O"

guess he is getting a mini-me LOL

we weren't expecting to see that much facial similarity yet that's for sure!

now onto getting my research on circumcision together to go over with him....

Also, does anyone know why it looks like there's a crevice in the babies' heads around the 20 week 3d u/s?

Our big ultrasound is tomorrow, bright and early. We'll be one of the first appointments in the day, so hopefully that means we won't have to wait very long!

I love all of these baby pictures! I can't believe we are all hitting the halfway mark. Even though I feel as if time is dragging because I want to meet my little bundle, I still can't believe I'm already HALFWAY through! 

IronMam, our big ultrasound is tomorrow morning at 8:30! My mother is actually a receptionist/nurse at a doctor's office and frequently calls and communicates with my OB office and was surprised when I told her that my appointment was on a Friday because she didn't believe that they did appointments on Fridays. I'm assuming, since anatomy scans end up being so long, that they reserve Fridays for this type of thing. So, I'm hoping that with a very early morning appointment, I won't be waiting very long. If so, I will probably leave there with no fingernails. : )

I had my bi-weekly cervical check appt and things look fantastic! In fact dr said "things could NOT look any better" my cervix had gained a whole mess of length! Dr was dumbfounded! Went from 0.9 2 weeks ago and funneling all the way to the stitch. Today! The cervix was 3.5!!!! And closed!!!! Aside from "minimal funneling" at the top. Dr actually stood there quiet for a few moments. Shaking his head in disbelief! lol an absolute miracle baby looks perfect. And I got some oral meds for the contractions I've been feeling. But he said with the look of my cervix they clearly aren't doing anything lol we had the FFN test done, but he said its just a technicality with the way my cervix a looks I'm good I'm still on strict bed rest, however I can sit up to eat now!! And shower everyday!!! Woohoo

Oh I am! I just floated out of the office it's still going to be a long 14 weeks of bed rest, but as long as she is healthy! I can do it

Cute! I'm not sure I can totally see where the crevice is you're talking about, but mine had a very big pointed black portion on her head; looked like an awful widow's peak or receding hairline; I actually asked if it was hair, but  the tech said it's just the soft spot. perhaps it's so deep it makes a shadow at this stage?

I think that's exactly what it must be. It showed on most of my other 3D images, but not as much on the one I shared.
