am i in labor?

I'm pretty sure I just passed my mucus plug and I'm having cramps and my vagina is really sore I am I in labor or is this is normal? I'm only 29 weeks

please call your local labor and delivery. talk to a nurse, asap. just take a ride to the hospital. better to just be safe.
