Midwife Questions The Woodlands/Spring area

Hello Everyone, I'm new here and after the horrible hospital birth I had with my son I would like to have my next baby at home with a midwife. Can you ladies recommend a midwife in the woodlands/ spring area? Also, what questions do you ask when interviewing a midwife. We have BCBS insurance if that make a diffenece. I believe Chris Duffy is in Spring. She's a Midwife. There is also a Birthing Center in The Woodlands called Nativiti.  I'm a new Doula to that area, and am still earning who's who myself! :) HTH
