period a month late.

hi my period is always on time every month.last month during the time i was suppose to get my period i only spotted three times.i was very bloated passed wind constantly,pain in my breasts now and than.diarrheoa.my stomach is no longer bloated now and the diarrheoa.the tender breasts and no period is still going.i've taken five pregnancy tests and a blood test everything in negative.is or has anyone suffered from this and if you have what was the outcome.i'm going in for a ultrasound in two days time but i need some feedback now the doctors are no help.thanks

I don't have any answers for you i'm afraid. I was coming here to ask a similar question - i'm a week late, crampy but no period. And definately not pregnant (no sex this month plus dh has had a vasectomy anyway). At what point does it stop being hormone weirdness and start being something you visit a doctor for?

 i hope your ultrasound gives you some answers.
