Up to date VBAC books

Hey, I'm looking for the most up to date resources about VBAC. I used "The VBAC Companion" for my first VBAC 4 yrs ago, but I see that book has not been updated at all and is from 1997.  Any newer books out there that are reliable that folks like?

I've just started researching& don't have any books but figured I'd at least copy the websites I'm starting with. They are probably familiar already but maybe they will be of use to someone.

"Birthing Normally After a Cesarean or Two" is fairly recent if you are looking for more up-to-date info.
