I tried to put the goal amounts in numerous measurements so that we can all be on the same page about how much is being gulped!
For each day you reach your goal amount of water, you will get a glass of
Ok, so it's really hard for some of us to get enough water, especially now that we are getting bigger and there is less room.
My water drinking goal is 1.5 gallons of water per day. I measured how much water I was drinking yesterday and even though I totally thought I was drinking over a gallon a day I was really surprised to find that I didnt even drink 3/4 a gallon. It seemed like all I did all day long was drink water, and it still wasnt nearly enough! I realized that I'd fill up a cup, and then DD would want to drink out of my glass, I'd leave it in another room, or Id just get a new cup when it was time to drink.
Now I have my water bottle, and my gallon container. Ill fill my gallon at the beginning of each day, and pour my water out of that into my water bottle. Any dining out experiences, soda, tea, etc will just be counted as extra fluids, but I HAVE to finish that gallon each day.
So, is there anyone who is interested in a water drinking challenge to keep each other drinking enough water? Here's my idea for how it would work:
I could replace this post with a master list of all the moms who want to participate and it would state their "goal amount" for daily consumption. Then, each day (or whenever you're online) you report back with how much you've drank. Basically, similar to the weight loss challenge, only drinking water instead.
Anyone in?
