Getting closer to pigging out on Thanksgiving Turkey and Christmas Cookies

 

I'm in again!

 

11/1 - 60 minute walk with girlfriends

11/2 - 80 minutes weights and walking

I feel confident that November is the month I get my mojo back.  I'm off anything but gentle to moderate exercise, but I want to really rack up some minutes at my granny-pace. 

 

11/2 - 20 minutes gentle yoga; 50 minutes walking

11/3 - 50 minutes walking

11/4 - 20 minutes gentle yoga

11/5 - 20 minutes gentle yoga; 50 minutes walking

Ok, I'm really needing to do this. I've been sedentary for far too long :( 

Nov 5- 30 minutes walking

Nov 6- 45 minutes walking
Nov 7- 15 minutes swimming, 45 minutes walking through a blizzard

 

=135 minutes

I desperately need to make time in my life for regular fitness, so I'm gonna try to stick with this and post my updates. Got away from it after my son was born (almost two years ago -- ugh!), so this seems like a great motivator.
