11/1 - 60 minute walk with girlfriends

11/2 - 80 minutes weights and walking

11/5 - 75 minute run

11/6 - 50 minute walk

11/7 - 15 minutes weights

11/8 - 30 minute run

11/9 - 35 minutes yoga

11/10 50 minute run with hubby

11/11 40 minute run

11/12 75 minutes in the gym

11/13 70 minute run

11/14 - nada

11/15 - 90 minutes in the gym

11/16 - 60 minute run

11/17 - 40 trail run

11/18 - 75 minute run

11/19 - 50 in the gym

11/20 - 60 minute walk

11/21 - nothing

11/22 - turkey trot - 55 minutes....actually 37 minute 8K but I warmed up and cooled down.  worse than last year - but oh well....

11/23 - 65 minute trail run

11/26 - 70 minutes at the gym on the stairs

11/27 - 35 minutes weights

11/28 - 45 minute trail run

11/29 - 35 minutes yoga 

11/30  - 105 minute trail run
