My toddler has white poop!

Friday evening my son developed a fever and threw up. The fever lasted only one day now the second and third day he has white poop!

Any one out there that Can give me some advise to what to do!

That can indicate some serious problems. I would put in a call to your doctors office and at the very least speak with a nurse or the on-call doc.

^Yeah. I'd call right away and see what the doctor thinks. I'd want to make sure there isn't a blockage or any other liver issue...

Call your doctor's office right away.  If they don't have someone on-call, try an Ask-a-Nurse line or an urgent care facility.

My son, then 2, and I both had that following a stomach bug a few years ago. But then we had pretty bad diarrhea, and he also threw up quite a bit. It was first yellow, then white poop. Then returned to normal after a week or so. I figured a lot of bile had been wasted. But as for your son, there could be something else going on.
