i fully support you for taking medication if you feel you need it,  consider not letting this be a home birth,  if you are on anti depressants, yes the baby might withdraw, but if you are breast feeding, you are kind of continuing the medication,   when your baby is born, it is possible it might need more help breathing than normal.    in my experience, babies born to moms on anti depressants, need a little help to cry, and stay focused on breathing at times.   they tend to do fine after a little bit, but,  they often do not want to breathe and cry at birth.   we don't do anything about moms on anti depressants other than have pediatrics attend deliveries,  in case ya know,  baby is too zen on anti depressants to want to cry.

I have read many stories about women successfully having a home birth while on antidepressants.
