How many meals/day should a 6-7 months old baby have? 

How many times a day does your baby eat?

I started with one "meal" at six months, two at nine months and three around her birthday. If you want to make sure that baby doesn't wean early, it's important to go slowly and not offer too much. Before they turn one, most nutrition needs to come from breastmilk (or formula if needed) and food is about exploring taste and texture for fun.
