I have some Baby-sitters Club books available.

Baby-sitters Club #9, The Ghost at Dawn's House

and

Baby-sitters Little Sister #8, Karen's Haircut

These are not gifty items exactly, but they may be useful for someone, and I'd be happy to send them. (I am in Alaska, and they won't get to you before new years, but if you can use them, I'm happy to send them.) I know it's a little bit of a random collection, these were left over after the church put together some care packages for local families in need, and they asked if anyone knew of anyone else who could use these things, and I thought I'd ask here.

All these things are new-in-package
Toothbrushes (two 4pks)

a couple of tubes of toothpaste (the boxes are opened, the tubes are not)

several bars of soap (ivory + some hotel size ones)
hotel-size shampoos, conditioners, and lotions (a couple dozen of these)

full-size suave conditioner (pomegranate)

speed stick 'lightning' and lady speed stick 'wild freesia'

A bible coloring book and boxes of crayons.

2 pkgs of wide ruled notebook paper

And then one GU item, a pair of black women's slacks, flare leg, sz 6 (from lands end). I can check the inseam, but I am 5'5" so they would not be suitable for someone very tall. They are pretty sturdy material, with a little stretch in them. Machine washable/dryable. I have only worn them about a dozen times, but then they've just been on my shelf cuz my post-weaning self is bigger and they don't fit anymore. I can take specific measurements if anyone is interested.

I'm sorry that I came to this late in the game from a recent mothering fb post. I'm not sure that these will get to anyone in time for Christmas if I ship by Saturday, but perhaps a special surprise soon afterwards? I have:

Number Train Floor Puzzle - brand new, unopened

Used:

Baby Bjorn with Extra long straps. Navy blue with red plaid piping

Red fleece bathrobe with snowman applique. Size 3T. Unisex

Green Garbage/recycling truck (very gently used)

Let me know and I will do my (affordable) best to get them to someone who can use them.

I'm so glad you're doing this!

Melissa

2 GU bras size 36 D (both are underwire minimizers)

This one in black
This one in light purple

Neither really shows signs of wear, I have only had them about 6m and they have always been washed in a lingerie bag and hung dried.

Is it too late to add stuff to this list?  I have brand new books for kids and parents.

They are coming from a pet free/smoke free home.  We do use peanut butter in our home but not tree nuts (Just in case someone has severe allergies.)  The books are stored in my living room.
