2 year old Swolen testicles and swolen around the whole area. Extreamly painful.

Hi.  My two year old has swolen testicles it looks like he only has one though because it is only one big ball.  He also has extream swelling around the whole penis.  His also in a lot of pain.  Please help I have a bigger son but never had a problem like this before.

I'd take him straight to the doctor. It might be an infection, allergic reaction, trauma, who knows!

I think its called a hyrdocele. My husband had one when he was little. It requires medical attention.
