Sharing success!

My stats have improved dramatically, sharing in the hopes of encouraging someone else!

On Feb 21 I took my measurements (I don't keep a scale, I tend to get obsessive....ugh)

Here they were
Breasts 42in
Waist 35in
Hips 43in
Thigh 24.5 in
Arms 11 in

Here are this mornings stats

Breasts 41 in (tandem nursing, not expecting a lot there!)
Waist 32in
Hips 40in
Thigh 21.5 in
arms 11in
I actually had lost .5 in from my arms, but gained it back, but now it's all muscle instead of the flab of before! Maybe I need to get on a scale!?

I'm so excited!!!!!

That is awesome...word of advice, DO NOT GET A SCALE!!!
I took my measurements Jan 29th...
Chest:40
Waist:38
Hips:46

Last week:
Chest:37
Waist:33
Hips:42.5

Haven't done my thighs, though I wish I would have!!!

Keep up what you're doing. My clothes are too big, but the scale isn't showing much difference...I did lose 10 lbs initially...but seem to not have lost anything since!!!

Out of curiosity, what are you doing to melt?

I wish I wouid've done that before - as in a year ago! I don't know what to compare to. I just know how my choir "alb" fits now compared to then. Well anyway, if I'm jumping on this bandwagon for whatever reason, I took my measurements with clothes on, myself, etc. But approx...

Shoulders 38 in.
Bicept/Arm 11 in.
Bust 32 1/2 in.
Waist 28 in.
Hips 32 1/2 in.
Thigh 18 1/2
Lower leg 12 1/2

(Now I can draw myself on a cad-cam program. :LOL )

Well, I wish I had done all my measurements a year ago also, I lost so much weight. I know my bust at the largest was 45 inches and my hips were probably that or a tad more. My waist was around 37-38? Ug.

I know I have lost 4 inches and 1% bodyfat just in the last 6 weeks or so, since I started weight lifting. It was 1/2-1 inches from each area.

Shoulders 39
Biceps 11
Bust normally 32-34 (depending on nursing!!!lol
Waist 27
Hip 36.5
Thigh 20
lower leg 13.5

So, once again, Jennie and I are basically clones...

Its not even noon and I've done so much today! And I just got the T-ball schedule for my eldest. Exactly the time I have choir on exactly the same days. : Figures...
