We are considering doing a nanny share with another family. At this point, I will assume it would be with a family that we do not know. What questions should we ask the family participating in the nanny share with to see if they are a good fit?
I found two posts on another local community website from Moms that are due March/April - so it seems there are some fellow planners out there - but when is typically the time we would search for a nanny assuming we want care to start mid-summer?
