We upped the flax a 2 tablespoons for an even thinker gel, using an empty soft soap dispenser so the bottle can stay in the bed for ready re-lubing as needed w no spills.
In addition to her instructions, we did this: the mixture gets thicker as it cools. We designated some sheer material that acts as a cheese cloth, laid the cloth so that it covered a receiving bowl, poured the flax/gel mix into the bowl, then carefully picked up the corners of the cheese cloth to form a ball so you can “milk “out the gel, leaving the flax seeds in the cheese cloth. Transfer from bowl to jar w a lid, pop a week’s supply in the fridge and you’re golden.
Try it. Won’t damage toys either.
