Anyone else with Cervical Polyps and Erosion with bleeding at 18 weeks?

I am 18 weeks and I have been bleeding off and on for two days now. I was in the hospital all day yesterday and had an ultrasound and exam. They found out that my cervix is what they call ectropic or has erosion. And I have a pink size (in girth) polyop. The ultrasound came back negative for any placental or other issues.

They think the bleeding might be coming from my cervix but hard to say for sure as it wasn't bleeding at the time. Woke up again last night with a gush of blood. Baby seems to be fine at this point, heartrate good, and seems to be happy. Has anyone else heard of this or had this problem. Its a potential that I could bleed all the way through pregnancy.

Support please, as I am very nervous about loosing my baby.

I don't have any experience with this but I wish for the best for both you and baby.

A good friend of mine had this! I don't know what her specifics were, as in side size of the polyup. But she bleed heavily her whole pregnancy and was on bed rest but she delivered a healthy baby girl at 37.5 weeks. Sending you lots of good thought and best wishes!

I don't have this but have/had? (won't know if it is still there for a few weeks) a subchorionic hemmorrhage that caused heavy bleeding.  It can be so scary and my doppler is my lifesaver so that I know things are still ok.

I too hope that all goes well for you and baby!!!
