Quick note...

F&H arrived by planned c-section on Monday, Nov 5th at 39 weeks and 4 days.  They were 7#1oz and 6#11oz.  Almost didn't go through with it since they told me I wouldn't be able to have skin to sin in the OR.  Love my doc/friend who was one of the surgeons who advocated for me and helped make it happen.  Sweetest c-section I've ever been a part of (biased of course!). 

We're doing well and now that my milk is in, hopefully they will start gaining more.

Wonderful! So glad you were able to get the skin-to-skin. I know that really made it bliss for all of you! Almost 40 weeks with twins! That's super!

CONGRATS!!  And double congrats on keeping at it until you found an advocate to support your birth choices.  Nursing right away will be so good for them later on, regardless of how long you BF, so glad to hear you got it!
