BC issues or possibly PG??? Can ANYONE help?

I am on tri sprintec. I hate it. I am going to the dr but they cannot get me in til next week. I stopped the pill due to serious cramping etc. I waited about 3-4 days then had a bleed. I checked my cervix before and after the bleed. It was high and soft. Since then it has not moved down from that high position. It is still high and varies from soft to medium. I have creamy CM and 2 neg pg tests. But it might be too early. I dont know. I have been sicker than sick which I assume is from the pill. I am 10 days into the pack but wonder if i may have ovulated during that time I stopped and might actually be pg it just is not showing up yet?

You could be pregnant, or it is just symtoms from the pill/coming off the pill. Hard to say. Hope you get answers soon.
