Please?!?!?!

My 27 lb. toddler is killing my back and I don't even have to lift her often. I have a massage and chiro appt already lined up....

Those should probably help a lot. Getting the issue resolved, will enable you to pick up your child.

Do you do core work at all?  Deadlifts, squats, as well as traditional abdominal exercises like planks and other core stabilization moves will help you lift your daughter without hurting your back.  If you're lifting her and carrying her correctly, you shouldn't be in pain.  Chiro and massage will help, but you should also work on strengthening the muscles that are clearly weak.  Good luck!

Try this prenatal yoga routine that people have found helpful for easing niggling pains during pregnancy:

It's wonderful even to just watch :)
