Has anyone used any natural food coloring? I have seen some at Whole Foods. I guess it is what they use in their frosting.
Has anyone, by any chance used it to color fondant? Or have you found a natural gel coloring?
i have actually used beets, pomogranates and blue berries (pink and blue - shredded/mashed for juice). never the natural colours.
I used beet powder to color gum paste, it worked great! I've also used various fruits/veggies for cake and frosting. Either juicing them or microwaving (frozen blueberries).
