So our fridge went kaput and while we were waiting for the new one to arrive all the meat in my freezer defrosted. It was kept in a cooler on ice the whole time so I'm not worried about it being safe to eat, but I now need to cook it all before I can freeze it again.
I have about 6 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts and a couple of pounds of spicy italian sausage. The sausage I figure I could just brown and re-freeze, but thought I'd include it in case anyone had a better idea. Right before this happened I made a crock pot full of shredded chicken for mexician type dishes so I don't need any more of that.
