Well as the title suggests, I'm a a new mom. My son Christian was born September 13 at 4 35pm, which is his daddy's birthday. How cool, right?! A little about me...hmm. I'm love babywearing, and recently discovered wrap love at a babywearing group meeting. Now I'm saving up for a starter wrap, probably a BB Slen, but I have a couple more expensive wrap crushes (who doesn't). I had a perfect, easy pregnancy that ended up in long(ish) posterior delivery. Thankfully I have an amazing husband, a fabulous doula, and a supportive midwife. I had an empowering hospital birth, even though things didn't go as planned, and it inspired me. I'm working on becoming a doula myself, and the doula who attended my birth has offered to mentor me! This is a totally new direction in my life, but I want to be able to provide for other women what she provided for me.
