Backache?

Does anyone else have this??  My lower back just aches and aches and aches and is making me feel pretty miserable.  Like, I don't want to move my body off my heating pad (it's on low).

Also, I'll try and explain as best I can ... my uterus does not hurt BUT it's almost like the supports or the cradle that is holding my uterus aches frequently as well.  I'm also having spotting regularly (dark brown) just like with my last 3 and assume I probably have a subchoronic hematoma just like that last 3 babies :( and I am calling in sick tomorrow and keeping my Dr appt at 1:30p so I can discuss these things with my Doc.

I'm not throwing up but I feel like I'm going to almost constantly and have zero appetite so I've lost a few lbs because of that.  I do not love pregnancy, I've lost so many babies and I'm so uncomfortable I would much rather fast forward 7 (probably 6 due to past issues) and deliver a living baby and skip all this bs footinmouth.gif

I'm sorry you're suffering so much Tenk! Hopefully your upcoming Dr appointment will help bring you some ideas on how to get relief.

I can definitely relate to the backache, though I don't think mine is quite as bad as yours. Luckily mine seems to come and go, so I do get some relief, but I understand how the lower back aches can really ruin your day. The only way to really get relief is to lie down, and unfortunately that's just not terribly feasible most of the day. Especially with little ones demanding our attention!

I hope you start to feel better soon.

I threw out my back the week we found out we were pregnant. I was in so much pain- it was truly horrible. Ended up that I had a "slipped pelvis" ... which is common in pregnant women, but usually doesn't happen until later in the pregnancy. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because it gives me the opportunity to work on rehabbing and strengthening NOW before I get big.

The exercises prescribed by my physical therapist actually made me feel better... that and gently movement, like walking or stretching. And, of course, a heating pad.

I hope you find relief soon!

My last pregnancy my back was so bad I couldn't lift anything. I did yoga regularly and hubby massaged it, but nothing helped until I gave birth, I am starting to get slight back pain and have started yoga with the hope to help things.

I'm having back issues as well. Same as you Tenk my front is achy and I had some brown spotting today. I haven't been doing so well with the water intake so I've been trying to get lots of that in. My back feels a little better than it did. At least the edge has been taken off. Ugh, not having the funnest time right about now.
