Every pregnancy really is just different. My first pregnancy, I couldn't eat Chinese food at all. I threw up every time I tried. (Went out for Chinese food on my birthday, four days after baby was born, ha!) Haven't had that issue with any other pregnancy. Last time I developed an aversion to ice tea, of all things. Literally, made me shudder to try and drink it. I still have an internal shudder at the thought of ice tea and that baby is two. I'm not really hungry this time, like you. I'm hardly eating anything, but somehow have managed to gain a couple pounds. Go figure. Don't worry about how you're feeling. Just go with it. Maybe find healthier sweets, like fruit, see if that would appeal to you. As long as you don't need to watch your sugar intake, a little sweets aren't going to hurt anything.
