don't know where all the introductions are...  LOL  but here is mine.  I'm Teresa.  I am due with my 4th Baby on April 26th, 2013.  I am 17 weeks along.  We are gearing up for our Anatomy Ultrasound which is scheduled for November 26th.  We currently have DD Dana (5), DS Joey (3), and DD Sophie (7 months)...  so gender isn't a big deal to us.  LOL  just healthy baby is what we are praying for...  :)

We're in Stockton, CA but my husbands family has a hunting lodge just outside of Susanville so they are in the area for a week every October.

Welcome mama!

Glad to have you here! Looks like we share a due date... but that probably won't mean anything once the babies decide to come! lol

LOL  you make the second person I know with my exact due date.  I always have my babies early.  my oldest was 2 weeks early, middle was 1 week early, and my current youngest was 3 weeks early.   considering we are moving across country soon after my due date, I am praying for another 2-3 week early baby.  :)  will make the trip easier.  :)  hope your pregnancy is going well...  :)  when do you find out what you are having?  we find out on Monday...  :)

I think I'll be just fine if mine comes early... I'm already anxious to meet him/her!

We find out next Friday. I'm convinced it's a "her" rather than a "he." But we will see then!

I can sympathize with moving at some degree. We are currently in the process of buying a new home and plan to have everything moved in and ready JUST before baby is born... So if baby is early, we may be in a little bit of an unorganized mess!!

I get the moving thing, too!  Never cross country, but we after DD1 we moved at about 1.5 weeks postpartum, and then before DD2 we moved between 36-38 weeks.  I preferred moving before.  Granted, I was huge and uncomfortable, but I was glad for the distraction, and having a new baby while doing it all was difficult because I could never really do anything from beginning to end with all the cuddle/nursing/diaper breaks I had to take.

Teresa - Where are you moving from/to? I couldn't even imagine doing that!

mamaemmot I live an hour from Fayetteville. Are you part of the Fayetteville Natural Parenting group on Facebook?

I am not part of that group on FB.  too much drama always.  LOL  so I do it myself :)  I have a couple close friends in the area that parent the same as I do and they are amazing support for me.  minus the drama.  :)

LOL I haven't been on there long enough to notice I guess. They probably think I'm a troll since I haven't actually met them. I joined to find out more about the midwife situation in NC and accidentally started posting thinking I was posting in another group.

It's good to have a few friends that do things the same way. I really don't. I just have friends that do bits and pieces of what we do but none that I really connect with.
