Book Group?

Hi, all. I'm reading some of Steiner's books and lectures to prepare for a teacher development course. As I suspected, they would be much easier to get through and understand if I were in some kind of discussion group! Does anyone know of an online book forum/discussion group for Rudolf Steiner or Anthroposophy?

Homespun Waldorf has various book discussions on their forums.

Thanks, appalachiamama. I requested to join Homespun Waldorf a few months ago, but I'm still waiting for mod approval before I can access the forums.

I'm kinda glad to hear I'm not the only one that's had problems getting approved. I send in a request to join a few weeks back and I'm still waiting as well.

Willfulmama (love that username!), I just sent a "contact us" message regarding the wait for approval, so I'll let you know if I get more information! In the meantime, are there any MDC users who would be interested in a Steiner book discussion here?

Thank you, knittygritty! :)  If you find out more information, please let me know. That forum is the old Christopherus forum, isn't it, appalachiamama?

I'd definitely be interested in a book club here, though! Was there something specific you had in mind to start with?

I don't know that it is, but I'm sure there is some overlap between the members.  The Parenting Passageway has a new book study coming up that is mentioned in this post: http://theparentingpassageway.com/2012/11/16/the-seven-principles-for-making-marriage-workthe-afterword-and-our-new-book-study/
