your own measurements?

Do you track your baby's measurements(weight, height, head) till you go to the wellness visits? Or you let your doctor keep the record?

Is there an app for that?

Thanks.

No, I don't.  It's hard enough to get accurate measurements with all the right gear at the pedi office; my scale at home and whatever technique to measure length would never be consistent.  My thought is that if there was a need to check it more often, they would recommend coming in more often.  If you check anything too much you'll probably find lots of ups-and-downs to worry about, but ultimately it's the big picture that's important.  And behaviors are more important than numbers, IMO.  Is baby eating, peeing, pooping well?  Happy, interactive, developing?  If no, then maybe it should get checked more but REALLY you should get to the root of the issue not just get more numbers.  IMO.

I have a baby scale at work I could use and I still don't measure ds between visits.
