23 weeks pregnant with constant fever?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant as of today and I can't stop fighting a fever, burning up, migraines and sleeping constantly. I don't work so it's not that, I'm on a very healthy diet and taking Iron, Prenatal Pills (WITH DHA) and several other supplements that are supposed to support energy. I have had a fever every day now for 3 weeks along with the constant feeling of being sleepy, severe migraines and being excessively hot! I have to keep my window air conditioner in my room running all the time because I can't stop being hot! What is wrong with me? I know that I don't have an infection or a virus because I've been checked out by a doctor, I'm worried that it could be high blood pressure maybe or some other pregnancy condition. I feel so miserable and I don't know what's wrong or how I can fix it. Has anyone else had this problem or does someone know what is more than likely wrong with me?

Are you treating the fever?

There's a BIG difference between feeling hot/burning up, and actually having a fever. Feeling hot, severe headaches, etc can all be signs of high blood pressure, especially when it's getting higher and higher. And with fevers, it's more common to feel colder and colder the higher your fever gets.

Is your body temperature actually elevated? If it is (and maybe either way), I'm pretty sure I would be in the ER demanding answers if I had been feeling like this for 3 weeks.

I hope you feel better
