Welcome DiaperJunkie!! Sorry, The Brewer Diet - by Dr. Tom Brewer. It is a nutritional plan for pregnant women, mainly focused on adequate protein intake and whole foods. I think I've got everyone updated! Welcome DiaperJunkie! Do you want to be added to the list? I am going to start the new thread tonight because tomorrow is my birthday and I am going to try to stay off the computer as much as possible. 31 years old!
