Can I ask what exactly is traditional eating? What are the benefits of it? I have heard only a little bit about it and basically all I have heard is it involves bone broth and fermenting. When I try to find research on it online I do not come up with much. Are there any 'rules' to it? Or is it basically all my same recipes but just trying to find the most natural, local source for the ingredients? Where would you suggest a newbie start?
