One of my favorite christmas movies is The Homecoming. That must have been on in the late 70s when I was a kid. yeah, I am an older mom! But I still find it very moving. Another favorite as a kid was mr. magoo's christmas carol. Probably no one has even heard of mr. magoo and I never actually saw any of the other mr. magoo cartoons, but this one has some really nice songs in it and I still like it. My kids saw it last year (13 and 8) and they actually liked it better than frosty or rudolph. little bear's solstice special is another fav, but my kids are kind of old for little bear now!
