Whole30 - January 1st thru ??? -- Let's hold each other accountable « Back to Group Discussions

Looking for accountability partners to start a Whole30 with me on January 1st. If you are familiar with the program and would like to join me please speak up. We can spend December preparing ourselves by purging the pantry, sharing recipes and creating shopping lists. 

I hope some of you will join me!

I might start a little bit sooner too but I'm being realistic with it since we're going to my parents for Christmas... I can't expect to be perfect up there. =P

I just started and am on Day 5.

I've been strictly following it, but DS1 and DH are having more of a "transitional" week while I found out just how much they'll tollerate and get more meals under my belt.

We've been out of town so this afternoon we'll head out to do our big shopping prep for starting this Whole30. I'm excited to see how long I can maintain it!

Good morning Ladies

How is everyone doing on this?  This is actually day 1 for me because we went to brunch at a friend's and it was dairy-laden.  So far, so good for me, but I've only been up for a couple of hours!  Happy new year to everyone, and good luck!

We are doing just fine over here. We've done this before so it's not as much of a shock or adjustment. I've had a cold for what seems like forever so I'm not feeling like getting creative at all when it comes to food so we're pretty plain and boring around here. I'm sure I'll become more inspired as time goes on.

I didn't realize how strict a true Whole 30 is (no honey, no maple syrup, no baking). This is month 2 of paleo for me, but I'm not sure I have the desire to do a Whole 30, so I'm out.

Alright... I'm a couple days late, but checking in! Today starts Day 1 for me.
