And also, are homemade fries for dinner with poutain and fresh garlic an acceptable dinner on any of those diets? :D
So we eat lots of veggies, meats, and just added bone broth. We limit sugars, and I try to eat only fruit/honey.
We do eat some 'processed' foods every once in a while, mostly Amy's rice noodle frozen mac and cheese or GF pizzas (when I don't want to cook dinner).
