talking at nap time in pre-k

My little 5 year old daughter started pre-k this year and they have an hr nap time, well she hasnt napped in ages and she wants to talk when she should be sleeping or being quiet. They sent a note home saying next time she talks she will have to go to principle anyone have any suggestions on how to help her cope with nap time in school?

maybe she can take a good book to bed or other quiet activity, from what i understand they just want ot give folks a down time, so if you can talk to her about what she would like to do with that time and then get it worked out with the teacher. 

5 seems very old for a real nap, but still good for quiet "mat" time
