New Mom friends

Hi! I am a SAHM of an 18month old boy in Burlington VT. I have a 6 year old boy too. All of my other SAHM Mom friends either moved away or are schooling/working full-time these days. Adding to that I am not outgoing AT ALL, which makes it hard to make new connections. Is anyone in the same boat? Anyone else have a child close in age and want to get together for walks, coffee, playing etc?
