Looking for a yogurt recipe for my little one.

I tried a batch last night, but added some kefir and some protec acidophillus to the mix (Anyone know if there is any benefit to this?) , and it was really really watery....

I have an old salton cosmopolitian maker with the glass cups, if that helps.
