Mini update! Still running and oddly enough my mpm is getting faster and i'm feeling stronger and stronger. No what I was expecting being 38 weeks pregnant but I'll take it.
I've been running every other day for the majority of this month and it really still feels so good. I very so blessed to have this release and am trying to not take it for granted, especially since I know a lot of you aren't able to continue at the activity level you would like.
5/20 - 2.0 miles
5/22 - 4.0 miles
5/24 - 3.0 miles
5/26 - 2.5 miles
5/28 - 2.5 miles
I'm cherishing every last run now as I know each one could be my last for a long time.
