question for you. i have a 21 month old and need ideas for helping him fall asleep in the bed.

my beautiful baby (21 months) is getting aa bit heavy and currently we rock him to sleep then plant him in our bed. actually we rock him in the bathroom with the shower on. he has always had a hard time sleeping. that's besides the point. have any ideas on getting my toddler to fall asleep in the bed without being rock???? my back aches.

My toddler likes having her tummy or back lightly scratched. Or do you have a yoga ball? You could sit on that and bounce him. Not in bed but might be a bit easier on your back :-)
