I just made a rockin' horseradish bacon dip for the sweet potato fries I'm making tomorrow.  I had to sample.  It was amazeballs.

I like my bacon straight up. Start it in a cold pan and go low and slow to avoid shrinkage.

The best way I have found to cook bacon is in the oven, on a cookie sheet. 350-400 degrees.

Totally non-nutritious guilty pleasure in my home: bacon-wrapped tater tots. Wrap each tater tot in 1/2 a slie of bacon, bake at 400 until the bacon crisps. eat.gif

Did someone say bacon?

And geek, that little girl is creeping me out.

Anyway, I want to make our Xmas turkey this year with the lattice-work bacon I saw floating around on facebook lately.

Great, now I'm craving bacon and I don't have any in the house and all the shops are closed.

Thanks a lot, everyone.
