4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 C mayonnaise
4 green onions, diced
8 oz. crispy bacon, crumbled
1 box Ritz crackers
Mix above ingredients except crackers and some of the bacon and spread in an oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with rest of crumbled bacon and 10 crushed Ritz crackers. Cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
This is so simple, and so delicious. I know it sounds kinda nasty ... but it is really really good!
