December Infertility "ONE" Thread - Let's get some BFPs for the Holidays! - Page 9

Tracy - I have never used Lupron, but have heard of those who have experienced the crazy side effects of it. One blogger I follow thinks of it as a monster named LuLu.

Becky - My last pregnancy (that ended in m/c) I had what I think was old implantation bleeding. I got a bfp the night of 11dpo then had some old brown blood 12dpo. I believe the most common day for implantation in successful pregnancies is around 9dpo. Any earlier or any later and the pregnancy is less likely to be successful (if you want more info I can provide a study). I generally feel crampy midway through my tww whether or not I'm pg so no help there. Either way you'll know in a few days! You're about 8dpo-9dpo? Same as me I think...

SSB - Gah I have the cold too! I'll be lurking you on the grads thread.

Darla - Glad your IUI went well. I guess I have just gotten used to all the medical professionals up in my lady parts...

AFM - Just waiting. I got my boys cold and broke down and took nyquil. Which should be ok even if I am pregnant this cycle. But I didn't like doing it. I got my pap reminder card in the mail from my gyn. So I guess if I'm not pg I'll be doing that...I'm sure she'll be amazed I'm still not pg...

Sila and Becky- I think that it's important to remember that every pregnancy is different and implantation bleeding at any point is not necessarily doom and gloom.  I did not have any spotting with my boys, but did have cramping. I had some spotting and cramping at 8 days after transfer which is about equivalent to 13 dpo. I think my implantation happened the 2nd night and the third day after transfer. All is well so far and I feel very good about my chances of a take-home baby.

Sila: hope you feel better soon!

Tracy: I never tried lupron but know that fertility meds can for sure make you feel all sorts of crazy?

Shesaid: I hope your cold is gone!

Plane: congratulations!!

Hi to everyone else, fingers crossed for lots of bfps soon!!

Afm: 9 weeks today, feeling super crappy:) although I still can't even believe it myself I think I am ready to Be moved to graduates.

Tracy- I didn't have any side effects from the Lupron or Gonal-F but my understanding is that isn't the norm. Hope you are done soon and can get back to normal!

i don't know everyone's name yet.......sorry

i did lay low for 2 dys after my transfer and had had acupuncture immediately following my transfer.

i had implantation pain..cramps...exactly 10 days..7 days after transfer.

ummm yeah the lupron is kinda crazy. about two hours after injection i feel sorta...drunk??? and i watch a pretty dramatic movie on night and it made me cry like i have not done in ages. next week i will be in a chemical menapause......yeah...sure hope we just get a baby!

becky - I added your blurb to the front page :)

Sending lots of good thoughts and sticky vibes to everyone in the middle of a cycle and in the 2ww! I hope we get lots of BFPs in here.

Thanks everyone for the good thoughts. I am feeling much better, just back to the morning sickness now.

Is anyone up for taking over the thread for January?

I rang in the new year by waking up to AF. Almost a week early. Hmph!

Ah well, I'm going for the Clomid again, and hoping I can line up the donors this time.

Have a Reproductive 2013!!!

That happened to a friend of mine too, Stevi. I'm sorry AF showed. I hope you get your BFP in the coming year.

It has been so quiet around here. Where is everyone?

That's what I've been wondering.

I'm going into the fertile part of my cycle. I tried EPO (Primrose) for the first time this cycle and it seems to have increased my EWCM. I took Clomid, so I needed it!

I think almost the entire thread moved on to IVF or became pregnant...

I'd like that second part...

I'll take either option. lol No money for the first one, and apparently no fertility for the second.

Where'd all the new people go?
I'm still here. I've taken an opk and got pos results yesterday and today I've also have a wicked cold but my hubs and I are bd sick and all lol
post #176 of 211

Wow, yeah I've been stalking the IVF thread out of desperation because it seemed like there was (almost) no-one left!  I guess that's a good thing.

Popping in to say hi and wish you all baby dust! All is well over here.

Weird. Not only did it post 3 times but not in a row.

It's a happy-sad thing to see this thread sort of die. If Sourire and Cait get their BFPs, basically everyone I've been on this journey with will have graduated. (With the notable and sad exceptions of Milk and rcr - Still thinking about you ladies a lot, and good to see you pop by, Milk!)
