12/1-55 minute trail run

So how did everyone feel last month?   I feel positive that my workouts are getting harder and more frequent.  

 

Gotta look good for those Christmas and New Year's events.

 

Don't be shy!   Come and post!

 

 

12/1 -  55 minute trail run

12/2 - 100 minutes in the gym  stairs and stretching

12/3 -  70 minutes at the gym.   All weights

I have been doing P90X along with three dance classes as my workouts last month (sort of like a hybrid combo). I slacked last week so I need something for accountability. I have 4 weeks left until my 2nd round of P90X is finished. I HAVE to make them count. thumb.gif

 

12/1 - Rest.

12/2 - 30 minute walk with DBF.

12/3 - 75 minutes of back and biceps exercises and ab ripper x

 

Total 105 minutes

I'm in!  Finally getting really serious about taking this weight off.  Weekend  - rest (worked out all last week)

 

Monday:  60 min cardio

                25 minutes lifting

               ________________

 

85 total today - but so beautiful out I'm going for a power walk with my neighbor after lunch before the kids get off the bus :)

Trying again this month....

Sprained my ankle in a trail half marathon 2 weeks ago. Today is my first workout since 2 weeks of prescribed rest. Have a 3 mile run planned for tomorrow. 

 

12/10- 27 min of 30 Day Shred.

12/10 - 25 min run

 

Total -  115 minutes 

 

Hoping to increase that this week. Last week I was a bit of a lazy bum.

Everybody is busy busy busy!!!  I  love it!!

         I hurt my back Wednesday lifting the kettle bell....ugh

Hurt it again Saturday lifting.  Not able to WALK.  It was horrible.  

12/11 - 50 minute easy walk -

Lab,  Run went well.  I ran with a friend who runs a lot slower than me to keep me accountable to go easy the first day out. It felt good to be active again! 2 weeks of no running was making me a little nuts. I have a 4 mile tempo run planned for tomorrow. Can't wait!
