I have been doing P90X along with three dance classes as my workouts last month (sort of like a hybrid combo). I slacked last week so I need something for accountability. I have 4 weeks left until my 2nd round of P90X is finished. I HAVE to make them count. ![]()

Trying again this month....
Sprained my ankle in a trail half marathon 2 weeks ago. Today is my first workout since 2 weeks of prescribed rest. Have a 3 mile run planned for tomorrow.

Hoping to increase that this week. Last week I was a bit of a lazy bum.

I hurt my back Wednesday lifting the kettle bell....ugh
Hurt it again Saturday lifting. Not able to WALK. It was horrible.

Lab, Run went well. I ran with a friend who runs a lot slower than me to keep me accountable to go easy the first day out. It felt good to be active again! 2 weeks of no running was making me a little nuts. I have a 4 mile tempo run planned for tomorrow. Can't wait!
