Otheramerica - good for you!  I am finding that injury and no workouts equal sluggish behavior that doesn't want to work out!

 

 

 

12/1 -  55 minute trail run

12/2 - 100 minutes in the gym  stairs and stretching

12/3 -  70 minutes at the gym.   All weights

12/4  -  35 minutes yoga for runners

12/5 - 85 minutes at the gym - weights stretching and treadmill

         I hurt my back Wednesday lifting the kettle bell....ugh

Hurt it again Saturday lifting.  Not able to WALK.  It was horrible.  

12/11 - 50 minute easy walk - 

12/13 - 45 minute run

12/16 - 65 minute run

12/17 - 60 minutes walking

12/18 - 50 minutes at the gym on the elliptical
