12/3 60min elliptical

12/4 60min YMCA quick fit and rowing machine

12/6 60 elliptical

12/7 45 min elliptical

12/8 45 min run

12/10 60 min elliptical

12/13 60 min elliptical

12/14 40 min elliptical

12/16 40 min elliptical, 20 min walk

12/17 60 min elliptical

12/18 60 min elliptical

12/20 25 min walk/run through snow

12/21 60 min elliptical

12/23 20 min walk

12/25 40 min treadmill run/walk

12/27 60 min elliptical

12/28 60 min run/walk on treadmill

12/29 20 min jumpick jacks, step ups, etc.

12/31 20 min walk, 60 min elliptical

12/1 -  55 minute trail run

12/2 - 100 minutes in the gym  stairs and stretching

12/3 -  70 minutes at the gym.   All weights

12/4  -  35 minutes yoga for runners

12/5 - 85 minutes at the gym - weights stretching and treadmill

         I hurt my back Wednesday lifting the kettle bell....ugh

Hurt it again Saturday lifting.  Not able to WALK.  It was horrible.  

12/11 - 50 minute easy walk - 

12/13 - 45 minute run

12/16 - 65 minute run

12/17 - 60 minutes walking

12/18 - 50 minutes at the gym on the elliptical

I can't wait for this month to be over!  Stupid me got the flu I think....I don't know what it was but I had a fever for three days.    So this month had been miserable for working out...

12/27 - 50 minute run

12/28 - 20 minutes weights

12/29 - 75 minutes at the gym - stairs and light weights

12/30 - 50 minute trail run

12/31 - 60 minutes at the gym weights and light cardio warm up

 

 

 

 

 

870 total    I guess that's better than nothing.  What a month!
