Hi all. I'm now in my second course pursuing my Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition. I'm a long way from really knowing the nitty gritty, yet my next assignment is to help analyze the diets of others--particularly those looking to make dietary changes--and offer some suggestions for how to optimize health. Does anyone want some free advice? I'm a mom with two small kiddos, so how best to feed one's family (and self) is of particular interest to me.
