DD2 is 6 mo, but only about 12 or 13 lbs. I have an Ergo, which she does not like being in, I think because she can not see over the straps and feels closed in. My DD1 was a similar size and also did not like the Ergo until she was larger. I was thinking of trying a Mei Tai, but was wondering if anyone knew of one that had a shorter body. It would really be helpful if I could start wearing her on my back! I do have a wrap (Moby) but she only likes it for a short while. Once her weight starts pulling it tighter, she is done. That's why I was thinking something with a little more structure would be better.

post #2 of 312/4/12 at 9:40amI just roll mine up before I put it on. I don't know if that would work for a back carry (my LO hates being on my back) but I don't see why not.

Thanks for the idea! I tried that just with the Ergo, and it made it just the right size! She still wasn't thrilled about it, but it's a step in the right direction.
