I'm planning on chili, some spaghetti sauce and maybe some kind of lentil stew (though this isn't my family's favorite).
-seitan sausage
-soups like minestrone & lentil
-lentil burgers and chickpea burgers.
-vegan meatballs
-chili
-raw vegan powerpalls, with proteins and maca, nuts, seeds, etc.
-cookie doughs
-ravioli, stuffed shells, lasagna
-breads & muffins
Oooh, love the protein ball idea! And cookie dough! :)
I usually have stuff on hand to make quick berry/rice protein smoothies but I know we're going to be very cold in February where I live, so I'm betting I won't want a nice cold smoothie.
