What is the best yeast to take, Nutritional Yeast or Brewers Yeast? Which brand & how much to...

Hello Ladies,

 

 

Have you taken or know of Nutritional Yeasts & Brewers Yeasts flakes?

Which one is better? Which one has more minerals, nutrients,etc.?

What are the benefits?

Can you please help me out with your opinions. I am trying to find different ways to remineralize my teeth, to avoid the Dentist...

A non GMO one would be nice.

I think it's only the nutritional yeast you want. Brewers yeast is for making beer. I dont have a brand recommendation because I have alwasy purchased from the bulk section of the store. You can also put it on your pet's food and it's sold as a pet supplement too.

I've read that you want a primary grown yeast that is unfortified (with no synthetic vitamins added) and de-bittered.

I use the Nutritional Yeast flakes on my popcorn, it tastes good and it's high in B vitamins. I have never tasted brewers yeast but have taken the tablets before. I thought they were both kind of the same thing really..

Who makes unfortified nutritional yeast? Is Frontier (what I buy) unfortified (ie has naturally occurring b vitamins)?
