Progesterone Cream & BBT?

TTC #4. Luteal Phase Defect. Expected AF on day 28... Ovulated on day 22. 

9dpo now and spiked up to 98.17. I've been using Pro-gest cream this cycle and Vitex.

Would the cream make my temp spike like that? I'm assuming it's helped delay AF

to allow for any possible implantation. 

I had slightly pink CM on 1, 4, and 6dpo. Mostly mucus, only when I wiped. Then 8dpo (yesterday) I had brown CM.

Nothing like what AF spotting. Today nothing but CM.

Thoughts? I'm going to wait another few days before I try to test.

I did Emerita Progest cream last cycle (for the first time). While I didn't notice that it made my temps any higher on average, it definitely kept my temps elevated for much longer than normal (like until I stopped using the cream). I still spotted on it, but started later than normal, and it lengthened my LP. My temps (esp in second half of LP) are always high -- they never even get close to my coverline -- so I wasn't expecting the NPC to have a huge effect there. I think it depends on what's normal for you. If your LP temps are variable like that then I wouldn't think much of it. If this pattern is unusual for you -- it looks promising! I've attached my chart below. The blue "November" line is the cycle I took NPC -- you can see it didn't really effect my temps -- only made my cycle longer.
